Yes. There is no downtime with any treatments at OmaBody. Every treatment is non-invasive, with no pain or discomfort.

No. Unfortunately, we do not have the space to accommodate unscheduled guests. However, we always welcome referrals. Please contact our studio for more information on our referral program.

No, unless your pet has a lymphatic treatment with us (pets benefit from lymphatic treatments too). To schedule an appointment for your pet, call or text our studio for availabilities. Otherwise, only service animals may be present during your appointment.

1. Stay hydrated. Drink at least 64oz (2 liters) of water.

2. Absolutely no alcohol 24 hours before your treatment.

3. Dress comfortably and keep all jewelry, watches, and valuables safe.

We have 10-minute grace period. If you are over 10-minutes late, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled to respect the time of our staff and other clients.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a new deposit is required to secure the new appointment. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full cost of the remaining balance being charged. Clients who do not show up, or arrive more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. By booking, you agree that deposits secure your appointment and cover administrative costs and preparation, regardless of whether the service is rendered.

Payments made after services are rendered are non-refundable. Please contact the studio directly with any complaints.

Full payment for packages is required before the first session. Packages, limited-time offers and promotional bundles are non-refundable once purchased.
