STUDIO MANAGER/LEAD PERFORMANCE MANAGER
(Full Time)
Responsibilities
Maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with every client
Enforce studio policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Answering the phone and returning voicemails
Booking, rescheduling and canceling appointments
On-boarding new clients, obtain waivers, and create Client Profiles in our system
Checking-in and retailing out customer sessions on our system
Greeting customers and ushering them to their service of choice
Administering all specialty services
Providing service tours, selling packages & memberships
Executing opening and closing duties
Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that we can offer clients to support and enhance their goals
Educate clients on the all OmaBody modalities
When not with clients, assisting in other store operations: maintaining store cleanliness, maintaining laundry upkeep, assisting in customer lead reach out, assist in community outreach, assist in creating store events, and assisting in social media content creation
Manage and create social media content for the studio to create compelling posts and communicate with guests
Participate in local events and wellness initiatives and establish partnerships with fitness and wellness enthusiasts to generate interest in OmaBody services
Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and staff
Monitor and formally document staff performance/behavior
Oversee employee schedules to maximize usage and efficiency while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
Communicate any equipment maintenance or studio needs to leadership
Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers
Daily reporting of appointments, revenue, and inbound/outbound calls
Report all safety and medical incidents through formal in-store communication and to the leadership team
Drive studio sales through membership, packages, and retail opportunities while adhering to sales success metrics
Maintain a highly engaged group of ambassadors and influencers that promote the studio and brand
Qualifications:
A love for health and wellness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least one year of customer service experience in a retail/service environment.
Availability to work weekends.
Holds or working towards a degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years in sales

WELLNESS ASSOCIATE / SALES ASSOCIATE
(Full Time or Part Time)
